SAIT’s John Ware Building
This project included converting the 1950s era John Ware building – that hosted two faculties – and converting it to accommodate just one program. Our National Special Services Group (SSG) had to consider how to efficiently relocate students, remain fully operational, and minimize impact to school activities.
Canadian Wilds
Using integrated project delivery (IPD), our team completed significant upgrades to the Canadian Wilds, enhancing visitor experiences and animal enclosures for the whoping crane, caribou, and polar bear habitats. Work includes concrete formwork, below-grade pools, custom fencing, landscaping, and more.
The Scenic Grande by Revera
The Scenic Grande by Revera provides seniors with independent and assisted living accommodation and amenity space in northwest Calgary. The facility consists of a four-storey independent living building with studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom apartments complete with kitchenettes, bathrooms and patios.
